Grief

Stained GlassNo matter how religious we are, grief is a universal experience. We grieve whether we are Christian, Muslim, atheist or agnostic. Grief is the pain we feel when we have lost someone we love. Your Celebrant and parish community will help you while you are grieving, by offering you support both practically, spiritually and emotionally. Grieving can be experienced in many ways. When you are grieving you sometimes don’t have the energy to observe the needs of others, or sometimes you are so focused on others needs that you can forget about your own.
There are many people inside and outside the parish which may also help you.

One thing is certain, the more you are able to share by talking with others, the better you will feel, the less alone you will feel, and the more love you will be able to feel from those who care around you. The following website may also assist you
